Users must maintain confidentiality of their login credentials.

Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments accepted via Bank Transfer, UPI, Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, or Paytm.

An 8% transaction fee and applicable TDS are deducted from all payouts.

Once a website is delivered or activated, refunds are not permitted.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, text, images, source code, and branding are the property of iamadealer.com or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or reuse of content is strictly prohibited.
Our platform uses AI technology; occasional inaccuracies may occur. Users are encouraged to report such issues for correction.

5. Account and Support Policy

KYC verification (PAN and Aadhaar) is mandatory for activation.

Support is provided only via WhatsApp to verified users.

Account creation using bots or false identities is not allowed.

6. Marketing Responsibility

Users are responsible for promoting and driving traffic to their websites.
A complimentary ₹15,000 digital marketing course* is provided for guidance.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Users must check this page periodically for updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

iamadealer.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the total service/website payment made by the user.

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless iamadealer.com, its affiliates, and employees from claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the platform or violation of terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian Law.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located at our registered office.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes unresolved amicably will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at our registered office.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, regulations, or technical failures.

13. Communication Channels

Official communications are via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Users consent to receive updates and promotional notifications.

14. Anti-Fraud Measures

Fraudulent accounts will be terminated immediately and may face legal action.

15. Third-party Links

We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites linked from our platform.

16. Privacy Policy

Use of iamadealer.com is governed by our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, storage, and use.

DROPSHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Specific to Sales-Based and Ecommerce Operations)

1. About iamadealer.com

iamadealer.com is a sales-based dropshipping platform operated by Penguinstack, providing:

Ecommerce website setup

Product catalog access

Delivery, logistics, and packaging support

24/7 customer assistance

We offer a single setup plan priced at ₹6,000/year.
If a user purchases a website development plan from iamadealer.in, the ₹6,000 setup fee is waived.

2. Platform Compatibility

We support Shopify and Wix, but our primary development and promotion focus is on iamadealer.in websites.

3. Website Ownership and Control

Websites remain under the full management of iamadealer.com.

Users do not receive backend/admin access.

We handle monthly updates, maintenance, and feature optimization.

For high traffic or technical issues, users may need to upgrade to a Shopify plan for better scalability.

4. Earnings and Payouts

Earnings are credited to users’ internal wallets in real time (processing time may apply).

Payouts: between the 4th–8th of each month.

Weekly earning reports are sent to the registered email*.

5. Addon & Bonus Programs

Detailed information about bonus programs and eligibility is available on our Blog page.

6. Invoice & Fraud Protection

Invoices are sent by email for all transactions.
iamadealer.com never requests OTPs or sensitive credentials — report any suspicious contact immediately.

7. User Content

Feedback, testimonials, and reviews may be used by iamadealer.com for marketing purposes without compensation.

Users are encouraged to join our official Twitter for updates, seller networking, and expert guidance.

12. Personalized Training

All users receive one-on-one onboarding to understand operations, marketing, and growth.

13. Digital Marketplace Access

Users gain exclusive access to our DigiDealer.in* marketplace for tools, files, and digital add-ons.

14. Infrastructure and Hosting

All websites are powered by PenguinStack, ensuring reliable, scalable hosting.

15. Cost Transparency

Though actual website value is ₹1,00,000+ and annual operational cost ₹3,00,000+, users pay only ₹6,000 *thanks to our subsidized infrastructure.

16. Brand Portfolio

Welcome to the Panel Dropshipping Program by iamadealer.com, operated by Penguinstack (a division of Klidertorg Ecommerce India Pvt. Ltd).
By registering as a Panel Dropshipper, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Overview

Panel Dropshipping is a freelance, contract-based marketing model under iamadealer.com.
Each registered dropshipper receives:

A unique username and password for panel access

A dashboard containing up to 100 curated products

Downloadable product images and marketing content

Visible profit margins for every listed item

Dropshippers act as independent marketing partners — not employees or franchisees — and earn profits through sales made via iamadealer’s infrastructure.

2. Registration and Access

Access to the panel is restricted to approved and verified members only.

Each dropshipper must provide valid identification and contact details for KYC verification.

Sharing or reselling panel access credentials is strictly prohibited.

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating any terms.

3. Earnings and Payouts

Profits displayed in the panel represent the amount you will earn per sale.

Monthly earnings are credited to your registered payment account between the 1st and 5th of every month.

Payments are processed through UPI, Bank Transfer, Razorpay, or Paytm, subject to applicable transaction fees and TDS deductions as per law.

iamadealer.com reserves the right to hold or adjust payments in case of suspected fraud, refund claims, or order discrepancies.

4. Referral Bonus Program

Panel dropshippers can earn additional income through our Referral Program:

₹100 bonus for every successful referral (referrer).

₹50 bonus for every new signup (referee).

Maximum of 20 referrals per month per user.

Referral bonuses are credited along with monthly payouts.

Self-referrals or fake referrals using duplicate accounts will result in disqualification and account suspension.

5. Universal Payment Link Usage

Panel dropshippers are authorized to use the iamadealer Universal Payment Link for collecting payments from customers.

You must clearly communicate to your customers that iamadealer.com is the service provider handling fulfillment, delivery, and packaging.

Misuse of payment links, false advertising, or collection of payments for non-listed products is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

6. Dropshipper Responsibilities

As a Panel Dropshipper, you agree to:

Market products fairly and transparently using only approved creatives.

Avoid misleading promotions, exaggerated claims, or fake discounts.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Ensure compliance with Indian eCommerce and advertising laws.

You act as a freelance contract based marketing partner, not as an employee or legal representative of iamadealer.com.

7. Product and Catalog Access

The Panel Dashboard provides categorized access to up to 100 products.

Product information (images, titles, pricing, and profit margins) is updated periodically.

iamadealer.com reserves the right to modify, replace, or remove products at any time without notice.

8. Profit Structure and Transparency

All product profits are fixed and displayed in your panel dashboard.

Any change in profit margins will be notified in advance through panel alerts or email.

iamadealer.com maintains full transparency in pricing, logistics, and commission calculations.

9. Intellectual Property

All product images, videos, and creatives are the property of iamadealer.com or its partners.

Dropshippers may use these assets only for marketing purposes within the scope of this program.

Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of creative assets outside iamadealer.com’s ecosystem is prohibited.

10. Account Termination

iamadealer.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if:

You engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.

You misuse payment links or collect payments for unlisted products.

You violate the referral or payout policies.

You share confidential dashboard credentials or assets with others.

In such cases, pending earnings or bonuses may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

iamadealer.com and its affiliates are not responsible for:

Any loss of earnings due to internet outages, delays, or technical failures.

Errors caused by incorrect marketing or unauthorized product claims.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program.

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount earned by the dropshipper in the previous payout cycle.

12. Confidentiality

All panel data, product information, and pricing are confidential.
Dropshippers agree not to disclose, copy, or distribute internal data without written permission.

13. Amendments and Updates

iamadealer.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
All updates will be communicated through official email or panel announcements.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at our registered office.

16. Acknowledgment

By registering and accessing the Panel Dropshipping Dashboard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the above terms and policies.

Additional Terms for Free Store Eligibility (DropXipper)

Platform Entry Fee
1.1 Users are required to pay a ₹499 one-time entry fee to access the DropXipper platform and its basic features.
1.2 The entry fee is non-refundable.

Free Store Qualification Requirement
2.1 To claim the Free Ecommerce Store, the user must complete a minimum of 5 valid product sales within one (1) month from the date of activation.
2.2 Only regular product sales processed through DropXipper are counted toward the 5-sale requirement.
2.3 Flash Sale orders are NOT counted for eligibility and will not be added to the monthly sales requirement.

Store Delivery Timeline
3.1 Once the user completes 5 valid sales, the Free Ecommerce Store will be designed and delivered within the standard DropXipper processing timeframe.
3.2 Users must maintain an active account and follow all platform policies during this period.

Ongoing Requirement for Free Store Continuation
4.1 After activation, the free store remains active as long as the user continues to complete 5 valid product sales every month (flash sale orders excluded).
4.2 Failure to meet the requirement may result in suspension or cancellation of the free store.
