Referral Program 1 (Anyone can join MRM-5): Our referral program offers fixed commissions based on the membership level of the referred customers. For each successful referral, affiliates will receive the referral rewards
Invoice & Payments: An invoice for your subscription payment will be emailed upon successful authentication
Products & Pricing: Our subscription fee covers platform access, training + materials. All other features—dropselling accounts, credits, and support—are included free with every plan.

Refunds: A 7-day refund is available with a 5% transaction cost. our primary payment method is direct bank transfer.Data privacy: We will never store your card details. Account Terms: You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Program. You must be a resident in India. You should not be disqualified by any law prevailing in India from entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act of 1957. You must be a human, and accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted. You must provide accurate and true information during the registration process.
Wallet Balance:100% of your referral commissions and rewardsand earnings will be instantly credited to your Iamadealer wallet. The wallet represents your remaining Iamadealer account balance, updated in real-time* to reflect all changes in your account

Dropselling:

Dealers are required to follow the specified sales rate* provided by iamadealer.com when they sell products.
Any unsold products must be returned to the designated super stockist.
In the event of product damage, customers must promptly submit a return request within 24 hours of product delivery.
The responsibility for returning products lies with the user/dealer, including covering the associated return charges. The dealer is obligated to settle the generated invoices prior to the due date.
The prescribed selling time frames are as follows: Gold – 15 days, Platinum – 30 days, Diamond – 30 days.
A comprehensive Iamadealer checking warranty is provided for all products, offering coverage for up to 30 days(dealer).
Dropselling is a digital service provided by the Iamadealer website It’s important to distinguish that the drop remains the same; the selling method, however, differs into two categories: Direct drop selling and Indirect drop selling

Direct Drop Selling

Direct drop selling involves ordering a designated set (drop) of a single product, which will be delivered directly to your doorstep. Your task is to sell these products within a specified timeframe. A key advantage of this method is that you instantly retain the profits from your sales.

As a user or dealer, you are responsible for both selling and billing the products, and you must possess the necessary licenses or documentation required for billing.*

Selling Timeframes and Handling Unsold Products

The selling timeframe varies based on the plan you choose:

Gold Plan: 15 days

Diamond Plan: 30 days

Platinum Plan: 30 days

If you are unable to sell all the products within the designated timeframe, you have two options:

Return to Super Stockist: Send the unsold products back to the super stockist.

Extend Selling Period: Request an additional 15 days to sell the remaining products. However, in this case, product returns will no longer be allowed, and all remaining products must be sold.

Additionally, if you sell more than 50% of the product bundle (drop), the shipping charges on our side will be waived. Otherwise, shipping charges will apply.

Direct drop selling offers the advantage of generating immediate profits, often surpassing those achieved through indirect drop selling.

Indirect Drop Selling

In indirect drop selling, you select your preferred product, and Iamadealer acts as the billing authority (our billing includes GST). After choosing a product, you will receive a sample for promotional and marketing purposes. Once the sample is approved, you will be informed about the size of your drop, which indicates the number of products you need to sell within the given timeframe. The sample product will be retrieved once your sales are completed.*

How It Works:

You take orders for your drop and forward them to Iamadealer.

Iamadealer delivers the required number of products to your doorstep for distribution to your customers.

You pay the total amount to Iamadealer based on the delivered products.

Any unsold products must be returned within the stipulated return period.

The minimum order quantities will be communicated to you via email or phone. You have the opportunity to sell an unlimited number of products under this method, depending on the plan you choose.

Placing an Order:
1. Utilize the user-friendly ordering system to place an order.
2. Select the desired product from available options and fill out the order form.
3. A dedicated support team is available to assist and guide you during the ordering process.
4. Users can also use WhatsApp to place an order for a drop.Use drop-selling credits to purchase drops.

Pricing:
1. Prices appearing on the website are accurate, but errors may occur.
2. If an error in the price of any goods you have ordered is discovered, you will be informed, and the order may be treated as canceled.
3. Prices for items may change from time to time without notice, but already dispatched orders won’t be affected.
4. The price of an item includes GST.
5. Prices listed on the website are applicable only for items purchased through the website and not through any other source.
Product Selection:
1. Over 100 product options are available, but the products accessible to you may vary based on your previous sales records( select a product from the list of best-selling items)
Exactness of the Product and Customization:
1. Images of the items on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
2. Actual color combinations may slightly vary based on the customer’s screen resolution.
3. The website is accurate as possible, but inaccuracies or errors beyond their reasonable control may occur.
4. Colored images may not render correctly on different computer monitors.
5. All sizes and measurements of items are approximate.
Conditions of Sale:
1. Check the product description carefully before placing an order.
2. Users may only sell products at the rates specified by iamadealer.com
Intellectual Property Rights:

Communications:
1. Communication with IamaDealer is done through email and phonecall and whatsapp.
2. Electronic Communication Consent Term: The Recipient hereby consents to receive communications via electronic records periodically and as needed
Dealership:1-Year Dealership License will be provided to you. After 1 year, your licenced account will expire, and you will receive products* for your balance credits .For receiving any bonus or reward in your bank account, you need to complete 2 successful drop sales for eligibility.
Order Acceptance:
1. Once we receive an order for your drop, we will proceed to process it. Please note that when we send you a confirmation email, it signifies that your order has been successfully placed.
2. If provided with an email address, you will be notified by email to confirm receipt, dispatch, and acceptance of the order.

Your First Drop Will Be the Top-Selling Product

Restrictions:

IamaDealer reserves the right to limit the quantity/value of items purchased by you.
Restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, credit/debit card, or using the same billing and/or shipping address

Fraudulent Transactions:
1. IamaDealer reserves the right to recover costs, damages, and legal expenses from persons using the site fraudulently.
2. Legal proceedings may be initiated against such persons for fraudulent use of the website or breach of these terms and conditions.
3. If we terminate your account, it means you won’t receive anything, and your account will be deleted.
4. Account termination occurs for any cheating, policy violation, or fraudulent behavior.
Third Party Websites and Content:
1. The website may contain links to other external websites, but IamaDealer is not responsible for these websites and cannot make any warranties about them.
2. The links are provided for potential interest, but IamaDealer does not monitor or endorse these external websites
KYC verification is required for account activation. Refunds are not available after 7 days.Customers are warned about fraudulent calls and assured that the company will not ask for sensitive information like bank/card details or OTP.

Drop Credit Balance and Recharge Policy: When your drop credit balance runs low, we will provide you with a credit recharge option along with a specified deadline. If the recharge is not completed by the given date, your account will be terminated. As a gesture of goodwill, any remaining balance credits will be used to send complimentary products to you
Update details of sold and unsold products at the end of each drop sale in the dealership account.Drop packages are based on sales records and subject to conditions

Order Cancellation and Delivery:Iamadealer may refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, with various reasons for cancellation.Dealers cannot cancel orders once placed.Estimated delivery times are provided during the order process.Delay in delivery or dispatching products due to unforeseen circumstances is possible, and IAMadealer is not liable for any associated mental agony or financial loss.Delivery charges for drops vary based on the dealer’s plan.

when returning the unsold product to the superstockist(The dealer/user is responsible for covering the return shipping costs). Any product damaged(returned products must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.) We will take an unboxing video of the returning drop. Scratches and openboxed condition will also be considered as damaged or used) for any reason the product will not be accepted, and it will be billed to your address, and your credit will be deducted. You will receive the product with your next drop, or it will be delivered by a single courier(You will be notified via email, phone call, or SMS)
Shipping Methods: We may use alternative shipping methods as circumstances require. Items may be shipped folded or rolled based on quantity and size. Larger orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Currently, we offer domestic shipping within India.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, etc.), we’ll contact the user to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply*.
To report a damaged product or missing items, please provide an unboxing video and clear photos within 24 hours of delivery. This evidence is essential for the purpose of assessment and assistance
Lost or Stolen Packages: If a package is lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Notify us as well, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We won’t be liable for delays or undelivered orders resulting from inaccurate address information.

Shipping Time: Orders usually ship within 4 to 24 hours on normal business days. In some cases, shipping may take up to 14 days. Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Shipping charges are calculated based on package(minimum ₹200). Third-party carriers are responsible for any delays. Delivery times vary by destination, and we strive for timely delivery.
