General Dropselling Terms

Sales Rate Compliance: Dealers can sell the product any rate higher that our mentioned sale rate and thats there profit.
Product Listings and Purchases:  Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. By purchasing a product/digital product, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the transaction. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless otherwise specified

when returning the unsold product to the superstockist(The dealer/user is responsible for covering the return shipping costs). Any product damaged(returned products must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.) We will take an unboxing video of the returning drop. Scratches and openboxed condition will also be considered as damaged or used) for any reason the product will not be accepted, and it will be billed to your address, and your credit will be deducted. You will receive the product with your next drop, or it will be delivered by a single courier(You will be notified via email, phone call, or SMS) Shipping Methods: We may use alternative shipping methods as circumstances require. Items may be shipped folded or rolled based on quantity and size. Larger orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Currently, we offer domestic shipping within India.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, etc.), we’ll contact the user to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply*.

Types of Dropselling-Direct Drop Selling:
How it Works: Dealers order a designated set of products (drop) delivered directly to their doorstep and are responsible for selling these products within a specified timeframe.

Profit Retention: Dealers instantly retain profits from sales.

Responsibilities: Dealers must handle selling, billing, and possess necessary documentation for billing(proprietorship..etc).

Options for Unsold Products: Return to Super Stockist or

Extend Selling Period by an additional 15 days (no returns after this extension).

Shipping Charges: If more than 50% of the product bundle is sold, shipping charges are waived. Otherwise, shipping charges will apply.

Indirect Drop Selling:

How it Works: Dealers select products, and iamadealer.com acts as the billing authority (including GST). A sample is sent for promotional use. Once the sample is approved, the drop size and timeline are communicated.

Payment: Dealers forward orders to iamadealer.com, and upon delivery, they pay for the products based on the total delivered quantity.

Unsold Products: Must be returned within the return period.

Minimum Order Quantities:No MOQ.

Restrictions on Orders: Limits may apply if multiple orders are placed by the same account or billing address.

Shipping Time: Orders usually ship within 24 hours on normal business days. In some cases, shipping may take up to 14 days. Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
